Customer Service Manager

This organisation is seeking a temporary Customer Service Manager on a fixed term contract to support their customer service team for a minimum of 4 months.
Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the customer service team. This includes implementing standards, ensuring that advisers are providing an excellent service to customers, monitoring results, helping review processes, support with development plans, allocating work effectively and also supporting them with daily duties such as answering calls, solving issues, handling orders and more.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience as a customer service manager will help you succeed in this role. You are immediately available for work and can get to the site in Stockport. You are a team player and happy to help out. You're approachable, friendly and personable and can offer support to your team. You have excellent communication and organisational skills and can prioritise tasks effectively.
