Job Title: Purchase Ledger

Salary: 24-27Kpa

Duration: Perm

Location: Dudley

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Have full responsibility, knowledge and ownership of the purchase ledger.
  • Agreeing invoices to purchase order and delivery notes for authorisation.
  • Processing of invoices, credit card and expense transactions in a timely manner.
  • Processing cheque/BACS payments to suppliers.
  • Reconciliation of supplier's statements on a monthly basis.
  • Posting and Reconciling Petty Cash transactions.
  • Reviewing GRNI with Financial Controller on a regular basis to identify and resolve query items.
  • Processing of adhoc journals.
  • Reviewing of and correcting debit balances on purchase ledger
  • Answering supplier queries in a proficient and professional manner.
  • Set up of new supplier accounts as required.
  • Ensure that the Company's core values are always applied

Other adhoc duties as and when required.
