Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Performance & Change Manager to join our team, based in Salford. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary, plus Company Car/Allowance & Excellent Benefits!

Responsibilities for this Performance & Change Manager role are:

Take full ownership for business intelligence and data collection, performance reporting and project delivery

Support cross functional work streams focussed on transformational initiatives across the business as part of the Agility Programme

Act as link between R&M business and IT/Development Teams, Finance, and Business Development as Business Lead for Operations

Support the key business strategic objectives with a key focus on Performance, Change, digitalization of systems, smart solutions and service enhancement

Lead the project delivery and process improvement, using business intelligence and key data to drive performance, growth and business transformation

What we are looking for in our ideal Performance & Change Manager:

Degree level education &/or relevant experience required. Qualifications or equivalent experience in project management/ delivery is desirable.

Experience of digital project delivery within a commercial services led business and working within a commercial and operational environment. Experience of budgets, business planning, performance reporting and procurement processes. Knowledge of business intelligence and analytics particularly around KPIs, conducting research and gathering data across a wide and diverse team. High quality of work and attention to detail & good numeracy skills. Experience in writing and presenting reports to Managers including performance reporting. Experience in Repairs & Maintenance/ team planning and DRS. Operational and commercial experience is a distinct advantage.
