Location: Crayford, DA1 4QX

Contract Type: 8-12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week - Hybrid working

Salary: £22,500 - £24,000 per annum

Restore Datashred are looking for a dedicated Sales Ledger Administrator to join our team in our Crayford office. This fixed-term role will support our Sales Ledger team, contributing to the smooth operation of financial processes and ensuring our clients continue to receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and raise customer invoices
  • Manage Direct Debit collections and address related queries
  • Assist with cash allocation and posting tasks
  • Distribute customer statements promptly
  • Maintain and update customer purchase order information
  • Handle customer and internal inquiries professionally
  • Perform general sales ledger duties to support the team

About You

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with customers, team members, and other departments
  • Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach to work
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Sales ledger experience preferred, but not essential
  • Familiarity with Sage 200 or Oracle NetSuite is an advantage, but not required
