Our client is a leading Independent Estate Agent in Burnham who are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about property, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service as well as good local knowledge of the Burnham area.

BASIC SALARY UP TO £20k DOE + UP TO £38K OTE DOE

- An Estate Agent who loves selling
- Will have at least one year's experience within residential sales
- Customer service focused
Key Skills:
- Excellent written and communication skills
- A proven track record in Residential Sales
- The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own
- Negotiating
- Strong organisational skills
- Happy to take the initiative
- Confident in dealing with clients
- Good telephone manner
- Full UK clean driving licence
The role will also involve:
- Dealing with inquiries
- Booking appointments
- Carrying out viewings
- Booking market appraisals
- Generating new business
- Negotiating
- Some valuing (not essential)
To be considered for this role you must have a full driving licence.
