As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be providing invaluable support to the recruitment team. Your role will be central to the smooth functioning of the department, with responsibilities ranging from CV formatting to organising interviews.

Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to finalising employment contracts.
  • Format CVs and maintain a database of candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and act as the initial point of contact for all candidates.
  • Support the Secretarial & Business Support team in day-to-day tasks.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Implement strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Coordinate on-boarding procedures for new hires.

Profile

A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence in working
  • Experience in using HR software and online recruitment platforms.
