The Role:
In this newly created role, you will wear many hats and be responsible for the full accounting cycle. You'll be instrumental in establishing and maintaining strong financial processes as we scale.
- Transaction Processing: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments and managing vendor and customer relationships.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow) and management reports, ensuring adherence to GAAP standards.
- Cash Flow Management: Develop and monitor cash flow forecasts, proactively managing liquidity and working capital.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with the leadership team to develop and maintain financial budgets and forecasts.
- Tax Planning & Compliance: Work with external advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
You are a great fit if you have:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage the full accounting cycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date on accounting best practices.
