Anne Jagger Recruitment is seeking a temporary part-time HR Administrator (evenings) for an exciting opportunity within an aviation company based in Kidlington.
This part-time temporary role provides flexibility with regards to offering remote working options and the working hours will be 6pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £13 plus holiday pay.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HR administration, particularly handling absence management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Offering support with absence management across the business's 10 sites.
- Tasks will mainly be related to welfare and return to work calls to drive any absences down over the Summer months period
- Knowledge of HR administrative processes preferred
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
