What you'll need to succeed
Our established not for profit client is seeking a qualified Finance Business Partner, well versed in both operational and strategic business partnering, with proven experience of financial management and reporting in either the Education or charity Sector (ideally).
You will also have a track record of raising standards and embedding sustained improvement. This role will be integral to providing effective and efficient financial support to all their non-finance and finance stakeholders. Support the development and training of the staff in financial regulations, policies and procedures, monitoring compliance and support and monitoring all month-end routines.
