We are looking for a SEND teaching assistant to join our friendly and supportive our team. You will work closely with the class teacher and the SENCO to provide high-quality learning support for pupils with a range of SEND, such as autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and physical disabilities. You will also help to create an inclusive and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or SEND (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience of working with children with SEND in a school setting.
- A positive and proactive attitude
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
