Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + car allowance + 20% bonus

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Manager to join our client's team based in Sheffield. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, requiring a strategic thinker with strong operational delivery capabilities.

About the Role: As HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a small HR team, providing comprehensive HR support to the Sheffield site and other sites, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business. Your role will involve a mix of strategic HR planning, operational excellence, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a small HR team, providing coaching, development, and performance management
  • Delivering a comprehensive HR service across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to understand their HR needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business objectives
  • Managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing advice and guidance
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practices
  • Managing the HR budget and ensuring cost-effective delivery of HR services

About You: To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Proven experience in HR management, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in managing complex employee relations issues
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
