1st Line Support Engineer
Bicester (fully onsite)
£25,000 per annum (DOE)
I have partnered with a small Managed Service Providing looking to expand their IT Team. They are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer, who wants to progress their career and gain further industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st line support (phone calls/emails/ticketing systems)
- Some onsite support required (travel to client sites- locally)
- Troubleshooting + resolving hardware and software issues
- Monitoring hardware (PCs/laptops/printers)
Skillset:
- 1 year experience in a Technical role
- 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Knowledge of networking- DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP
- Experience in Active Directory
- Office 365 administration
- Experience in Windows Servers
- Full driving licence + own vehicle required
