French Speaking Sales Account Manager

Seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join the Sales and Account Management team. This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional who can effectively manage client relationships, drive sales growth, ensure seamless operations for our diverse portfolio of projects, protect client interests during the sales process, and travel extensively to French and Benelux countries, Canada, Luxembourg, France, and the Netherlands.

The primary focus is to travel to meet clients, promote and sell sports travel, leisure travel, and MICE incentive travel into the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.

Actively manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Travel to client locations in French and Benelux countries, Canada, Luxembourg, France, and the Netherlands to promote leisure travel to the UK and Ireland.

Protect client interests throughout the sales process, ensuring transparency and trustworthiness in all interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute projects, ensuring seamless delivery of services from conception to completion.

Oversee operational aspects of projects, including logistics, transportation, accommodation, and on-site support, to ensure successful execution.

Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or deviations.

Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, client feedback, and project outcomes.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, and operations, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry (but open to other industries also as personality, culture fit and common sense most valuable).

Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Flexibility to travel extensively as needed.

Suitable for a person who enjoys travelling and customer-facing roles
