Our client is a leading name in online sports retail and they are seeking an experienced CRM Executive to join their fast paced and dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimisation of email campaigns, including automations, while analysing customer data to drive actionable insights.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices and trends
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
- Effective copywriter
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with and understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
