Executive Assistant for a Bristol-based Shipping Company.

A thriving shipping company based in Bristol is seeking a superstar EA to join their dynamic team. In this multifaceted position, you will provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director while managing the company's internal and external communications and ensuring the successful delivery of their charitable initiatives. This is a very successful and stable business, and they require someone who is organised, personable and a proactive problem-solver.

Role: Executive Assistant

Duration: Full time

Start date: ASAP

Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

Location: Bristol, 5 days in the office

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management, scheduling and arranging travel
  • Management of communication channels and information records
  • Providing general administrative support as needed
  • Creating and editing social media content for online platforms and newsletters
  • Planning of various events and conferences
  • Coordinating and delivering the company's charitable aims, including charitable foundation due diligence

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, marketing and/or social media knowledge preferred
  • Exceptional organisational, time-management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic demeanour
  • An interest in the chartable sector
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Adaptable, discrete and a willingness to take on other tasks in a dynamic and varied role
