We're looking for a Renewable Design Consultant for our Central Team based in York who has experience in producing quotes and designing systems..

The design/quotation administrator will be:
- Working from plans and surveys to create an accurate quotation for customer following a survey
- Identifies and address obstructions.
- Prepares reports summarising the proposal and highlights concerns or issues pertinent to the job.
- Work with the Technical managers to ensure the quotations are accurate
- Using the wholesale portal to generate a supplier quote for the parts required.
- Generates a draft quotation in the CRM system.
- Following up on quotes as and when required.
- You'll be able to confidently understand customer needs and handle calls effectively.
- You'll learn about our products so that you can communicate effectively with our customers about how they work.
- You'll support the team with other tasks as required to support the smooth running of the sales department.
To be successful within sales you will need:
- Experience producing quotes
- Customer service experience
- Strong experience dealing with customers over the phone
- The ability to resolve customer queries
- Computer literate, with experience with MS Office.
This role will be 35 hours a week from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday.
