Hooray are proud to be supporting a long standing client within the education sector to assist in the recruitment for a Student Mentor on a temporary 30 hour per week contract.

As a Student Mentor you will:
- Lead development sessions for a range of learners utilising pre planned material.
- Provide in-depth pastoral and wellbeing support to a range of students within the educational establishment.
- Work on a group and one to one basis with a caseload of students ensuring they are making progress against their individual learning plan.
- Offer support to students on how to manage their wellbeing challenged within education.
In order to be successful as a Student Mentor, you will:
- Have considerable experience of working with 16 to 18 year old students within an educational establishment
- Be an experienced individual with holding student development sessions during PSHE.
- Understand how to manage young peoples wellbeing challenges within education.
- Have relevant knowledge of how to provide a range of pastoral and wellbeing support to a caseload of students.
We are offering an hourly rate of £14.55 per hour, working 30 hours per week.
