Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) aerospace industry. The Sales Manager will be based in the Hampshire office in the UK and will develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the APAC aerospace industry.
- Develop sales strategies to expand the existing customer base.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including airlines, aircraft operators, MROs, and leasing companies.
- Tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
Sales and Business Development:
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work with internal teams to ensure the delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track sales performance metrics and generate reports.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in aerospace sales and business development, especially in the APAC region.
- Understanding of aircraft interiors, maintenance, and related services.
- Strong network of contacts in the aerospace industry, particularly in the APAC region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the APAC region and internationally.
