Aviation Sales Manager - APAC Region

Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) aerospace industry. The Sales Manager will be based in the Hampshire office in the UK and will develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the APAC aerospace industry.
  • Develop sales strategies to expand the existing customer base.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including airlines, aircraft operators, MROs, and leasing companies.
  • Tailor solutions to meet customer needs.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work with internal teams to ensure the delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track sales performance metrics and generate reports.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in aerospace sales and business development, especially in the APAC region.
  • Understanding of aircraft interiors, maintenance, and related services.
  • Strong network of contacts in the aerospace industry, particularly in the APAC region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the APAC region and internationally.
