Our client is a high end independent property agency who are now looking for a Lettings Coordinator for their Winchester Office.
They are seeking someone with experience working in lettings; proven administration or office coordination experience. You'll have strong customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills and good time management. You'll be a strong team player, with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. You will also help with property management and negotiator duties so a great opportunity for someone looking to progress! You will also be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint & Outlook and comfortable working with databases and any relevant software.
Main tasks:
- Produce accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets within agreed time frames
- Copy typing, and drafting of letters, reports, invoices, property particulars etc.
- Processing invoices.
- Carry out timely and accurate administration of databases
- Accurately process fee accounts and out of pocket expenses, assisting with budgets and forecasts as required
- Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all who visit or contact the office
- Provide general administration support to the office including other partners, managers and staff as reasonably required
- Register applicants on our software package (REAPIT)
- Maintain regular contact with your applicants and ensure they are offered suitable properties
- Set up viewings and accompany applicants on multiple viewings
- Source properties from other agents (where possible)
- Deal with and negotiate offers when received
- Produce lettings paperwork
