Trainee Sales Negotiator

What You'll Be Doing:
- Registering and qualifying new applicants
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Building relationships with buyers and vendors
- Supporting senior negotiators with property sales progression
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering a great customer experience
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs

We're Looking For:
- A confident communicator with a professional manner
- Passion for property and a genuine interest in estate agency
- A positive, proactive mindset and a willingness to learn
- Clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
