Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for general Finance Administration duties
- To deal with customer telephone and email queries efficiently
- Record payments taken and shop sales
- Managing of payable and receivables accounts
- Efficient credit control and time frames agreed with customers
- Collate and record a monthly BACS list
Skills and experience needed:
- Experience using Xero (Essential)
- Fluent Welsh (Essential)
- Experience working in a Finance environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent administration skills
