Marketing/ CRM Analyst

We are proud to partner with a fantastic retail company as they look for a new Marketing Analyst to join their team. You will work in a dedicated marketing team with more than 20 members. You will be the go-to person for all marketing and CRM analysis. As the Marketing Analyst you will manage the effective targeting of consumers through direct mail and catalogues.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Conducting consumer analysis and success rates of campaigns
- Looking at RFM Analysis of direct mailing campaigns
- Looking after the relationship with the print agencies
- Budget managing
- Monitoring and reporting on all paper-based marketing activity
Your experience:
Ideally as the Marketing Analyst you will be a wizard on ExCel. You will be experienced in investigated and interpreting consumer data/ CRM data. You will have experience of working with direct mailing or catalogues. You will be highly organised and really passionate about effective targeting.
You will have a solid understanding of direct marketing processes and analytics, an excellent grasp of?customer database?methodology and CRM programmes and strong?numerical and analytical?skills - with emphasis on results measurement and response forecasting.
You should be able to fully utilise the relevant?IT support systems, and to be conversant with standard business desktop applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, a good understanding of GDPR and strong?interpersonal skills?with the ability to communicate with senior managers.
