My clients a large logistics company based within the Heathrow area, they are seeking experienced Operations clerk to join their busy team!
Duties would include:
- Taking booking from clients
- Arranging collections and deliveries
- Tracking movements of goods
- To ensure compliance with transport regulations and standards
- Preparing reports and maintaining transport records
- Liaising with transport and operations
- Resolving any issues from clients
- General admin
Skills required:
- Previous freight/ logistics/ transport experience
- 5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check
- Good customer service skills
- Flexible with regards to shift work
- PC literate
Working hours
- Monday- Friday 45hr week / working between 1100-1100
