Our client, a dynamic and innovative company in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Commercial & Operational Admin Business Partner to support their team. Role: Commercial & Operational Admin Business Partner

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Burgess Hill (Fully Remote, ad hoc visits to site)

Rate: £20 - £40 per hour (PAYE)

As the Commercial & Operational Admin Business Partner, you will play a vital role in enabling commercial and operational success. Collaborating seamlessly with the commercial and operational functions within our client's organisation, you will handle various administrative tasks such as planning, scheduling, data review, and preparation. Your attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines will contribute to the smooth running of the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade C or above at GCSE or equivalent in both English Language and Maths.
  • Successful experience in administration within a business function or high-volume office work.
  • Customer centric approach with experience in both business-to-business and consumer-based customer service.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.

Knowledge/Skills/Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proactive approach and a positive can-do mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
  • Ability to multitask and quickly switch focus.
  • Problem-solving skills backed up by analytical capability.
  • Fluent in English language, written and oral.
  • Willingness to learn, be challenged, and work autonomously.
  • Ability to influence team member activities without direct authority.
