Salary: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)
Shift patterns: Minimum of 3 days per week Monday- Friday
At Reed Education we are recruiting more qualified primary teachers to join our experienced and dedicated supply pool. This role is suitable for ECT's looking to expand on their teacher training experience, as well as experienced teachers who are looking for more flexibility. We have day to day, weekly, and long-term work (pre-booked and emergency shifts available)
Day to Day of the role:
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, ensuring pupils are engaged, motivated and challenged
- Deliver pre-planned lessons or create engaging lessons on the spot, adapting to the needs of the pupils
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and support
- Manage behaviour using the school behaviour management policy
- Quickly adapt to different classroom environments and teaching styles, as well as varying student needs and abilities
- Mark work and provide a handover at the end of each day
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- QTS
- Teaching experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2
