We are recruiting part-time Class Two Night Drivers in Taunton, TA2 postcode, for a local company who are a meat wholesaler.
Working as part of their transport team, you will be driving an 18-tonne refrigerated truck with a tail-lift, where you will be responsible for completing deliveries of meat products to RDCs, shops, supermarkets and restaurants on a set route (South Coast/Portsmouth). The meat is palletised in boxes, so you will be required to use a tail-lift and pump truck to offload at point of delivery.
This is temporary work. Our work is flexible. We are looking for drivers who can work two to three shifts each week starting in August, on a regular ongoing basis.
Full induction and training is provided.
Due to insurance restrictions; you must have held your Class 2 for at least 12 months, with experience too.
Hours of work:
Tuesday and Thursday, 00:15am starts daily, usually finished late morning i.e. 10:30am.
Hourly Pay Rates:
£16.00 per hour (PAYE)
