Position Overview:
As the Retail Branch Manager, you will oversee a vibrant branch in North London, driving daily retail sales activities while setting the standard for excellence. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure that every customer receives the outstanding service our client is known for. Collaborating closely with Department Heads and other branches, you will ensure your staff are well-trained on product specifications and embody the company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Ensure you and your team warmly greet and welcome customers, expertly assessing their needs from the moment they enter the branch.
  1. Team Training and Development:
  • Lead training efforts to ensure your team is well-versed in all products and services, providing comprehensive information to customers.
  1. Sales Target Achievement:
  • Drive branch sales by creating an atmosphere of trust and transparency that boosts customer confidence and loyalty.
  1. Cross-Selling Strategy:
  • Encourage and facilitate cross-selling of the diverse product and service portfolio, maximizing every sales opportunity.
  1. Branch Ownership:
  • Take full responsibility for stock management and shift planning, ensuring the branch is always well-staffed and operational.
  1. Visual Merchandising:
  • Maintain a tidy, presentable, and fully stocked branch at all times to enhance the customer experience.
  1. Local Account Management:
  • Be proactive in nurturing relationships with key local accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  1. Customer Confidentiality:
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer confidentiality and security at all times.
  1. Escalation Point:
  • Act as the internal escalation point for retail customer queries, efficiently managing issues and completing managerial tasks.
