As a Senior Policy Administrator you'll be joining a team that care, at the core of any role within this organisation exceptional interpersonal skills and a level of passion are key. This is integral to the long term success and culture of this organisation.

The need to know

  • £100 of holiday vouchers each year
  • Location: Newmarket (on-site working)
  • Job Type: Permanent - Full Time (Monday - Friday)
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
  • 22 days annual leave (+ 8 bank holiday + 1 extra day company gesture)

The day to day
The Policy Administration Department is a vital part of the organisation and the responsibilities of which a high level of standard is required. As Senior Policy Administrator you will be supporting the Policy Manager in the day to day running of the department as well as supporting the wider team in the execution of their duties.

  • Helping to oversee the implementation of various projects.
  • Dealing with the surrender of Bonds, both on the death of the last life assured and at the request of the Bondholder.
  • Helping new investors make bookings.
  • Dealing with queries on the Policy Administration Charge.
  • Overseeing the conducting of Zoom Conferences.
  • Dealing with a host of other queries, both in writing and over the telephone.

About you

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar professional environment in a leadership position and ideally have a background in finance. As this depart is a particularly busy, the team are looking for an open minded, hardworking and adaptable office professional with a keen eye for detail to assist with driving the implementation of various projects

  • Enthusiastic, team player for a busy office environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Competency in IT.
  • A background in management and in Finance would be an advantage but is not a pre-requisite.
