We have 3 roles available.

  • Residential Childcare Worker Salary: £24,960 - £30,160 per annum (with sleepover allowance up to £4950)
  • Senior Worker Salary: £28,600-£33,280 per annum (with sleepover allowance up to £4950)
  • Assistant Manager Salary: £32,260 - £36,940 per annum

Hours are Full-time (40 hours per week), Permanent.

These full-time, permanent positions are based in Edinburgh, Gorebridge, and Bathgate, offering competitive salaries and amazing benefits. Alternatively, If you're not looking to leave your current employment but want to pick up some extra income, we also offer temporary positions as a Residential Childcare Worker. Where you can earn £258 for a single 24-hour shift, including sleepover!

Summary of roles: (for a detailed day-to-day of a role, please apply)

  • Provide high-quality 1-1 support in 4 houses across Edinburgh, each catering to up to three children and young people aged 8-18 years, ensuring a therapeutic and positive environment.
  • Transport children and young people using company vehicles, as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Full UK Clean Driving Licence.
  • Relevant UK experience in the residential childcare sector.
  • Relevant qualification for each role (SVQ 3/HNC and be in the process of studying and completing SVQ4)*
  • Willingness to work unsocial hours, including weekends, and perform on-call duties.
  • Ambitious attitude with a commitment to meeting set targets and goals.
