An opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced payroll environment. This role offers the chance to oversee a diverse portfolio of client payrolls from start to finish, providing an excellent platform for career growth.

The successful candidate will join an experienced team and have the opportunity to enhance their payroll skills while advancing within the organisation and contributing to a high-performing team.

This position may quickly progress to a hub manager opportunity managing multiple payrolls for multiple offices in both locally and nationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional payroll services to clients, reporting directly to senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate onboarding of new clients and maintain clean, up-to-date data.
  • Stay informed about current payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with HMRC to resolve any payroll-related issues.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in bureau payroll management, with the ability to handle multiple high-volume client payrolls.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both clients and colleagues.
  • A commitment to learning and growth, with a demonstrated dedication to personal and professional development in the payroll field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll legislation, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £45,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
