Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate management accounts production.
- Financial control, including balance sheet reconciliations.
- Board and management information preparation.
- Operational controls application and improvement suggestions.
- Margin analysis.
- Managing pensions, payroll taxes, and deductions.
- VAT submissions and compliance.
- Profit improvement insights through trend and cost analysis.
- Historical and forward-looking reporting to management.
- Supporting and developing junior team members.
The Candidate
: ideal for an ambitious candidate who is newly qualified or has a few years of post-qualification experience.
Whether you've qualified through CIMA in industry or are ACA-trained with an audit background and seeking your first move into industry, this role could be the perfect next step.
Candidates with a manufacturing background will be particularly desirable, but if you come from a different sector and have the drive to succeed in a dynamic and growth-focused workplace, I encourage you to apply!
