This business has developed a solution to address the world's fuel and energy production challenges with its patented thermochemical technology that will change the worlds dependence on fossil fuels for fuel. Developed by a dedicated team of scientist and engineers the company is now ready to Pilot and build a first-of-a-kind green methanol plant.

This role is to join that team, and add your value and experience on this groundbreaking project. You will be joining a highly focused scientific and engineering team developing hydrothermal treatment technologies.This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, graduate engineer, with an enthusiasm to deliver credible designs that genuinely have the potential to change the world.

The Job:

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Varied technical work covering different areas of Engineering
  • Support the design and development of engineering data packs using Solidworks and/or other specialised design and simulation packages.
  • Support research and development activities within the business including developing test rigs, undertaking testing, capturing and recording results and making recommendations based on the data obtained.
  • Work with other individuals, teams and disciplines with the business to support sales, new product development and aftermarket support.
  • Generate other technical documentation including but not limited to:

Drawings
Specifications
P&IDs,
Process maps
Procedures
and general report writing.
The Person:

  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline or with equivalent industry experience.
  • You will be a willing to work towards chartered status.
  • Eager to work in a hands-on and varied Engineering role
