Temp Chef
Start Date: 19th August for 1 week
Hours: 6am - 3pm
Location: Central Cambridge
Pay Rate: £14-£15/hr
One of our clients is looking for an experienced chef to work near the Science Park next week. The role will require some supervision of 2 assistants who will be supporting you
Duties:
Continental breakfast served from 6.30am - 10.30am. To put pastries in the oven and prep for the breakfast.
Cooked breakfast from 7.30am - 10.30am which will involve cooking a full English 0 eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, sausages, bacon etc. The 2 assistants will serve and take payments.
Lunch will be served from 11.30am - 2pm. The assistants will prep the fillings for the pre packed sandwiches and baguettes. This role will keep an eye on the assistants to make sure they are prepping correctly as well as assist with the prep for lunch service.
Experience
You will possess at least a level 2 food and hygiene certificate
Have experience as a chef
Be clean and courteous as well as have good communication skills
