Our client is a luxury retailer who is launching a brand new venture. They are looking for an Administrator to join their small but growing office in London. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company that will support your career goals. This is a really interesting company with a great office culture!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role, you will support the team with all of their admin needs, which means there is a huge range of tasks that you will undertake. Therefore, it is a great opportunity to expand your skillset and business knowledge.

  • Screening and appropriately actioning emails and phone calls
  • Diary management – including scheduling meetings, meeting rooms, and refreshments
  • Coordinating and greeting office visitors
  • General office management i.e. Accepting and sending post
  • Organise office files, storage, and database

WHO YOU ARE

This role is best suited to someone who is bright and bubbly with a great work ethic! If you enjoy doing independent work while acting as a core team member this is perfect for you.

  • Must have experience in an admin role within a retail setting
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Able to complete multiple tasks under time constraints
  • A passionate and reliable employee
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
