  • Base salary £22,500 (FTE) Pro rata for part-time £12,500 (based on 20 hours)

Job Summary:

The company are looking for a highly motivated Sales manager driven by outstanding customer service and obtaining the rewards of the commission Scheme. If you're from a kitchen Background that would be a bonus but not essential as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Showcase a range of kitchen makeover products and services, highlighting their features and benefits to customers.
  • Provide personalised recommendations and design solutions to help customers achieve their desired kitchen transformation.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to project completion, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and the Director to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project details in our CRM system.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation.
