LB266 - Skilled Hard Landscaper

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE + bonus + company van + progression
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled Landscaper on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client create award winning gardens and landscapes for private and commercial clients. They deliver high quality bespoke projects ranging from large residential and commercial to smaller urban spaces. The team have a wealth of experience, expertise, and flair offering the full range of design, construction, and planting services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Highly skilled in all aspects of hard landscaping Installations'. Including but not limited to the following -porcelain/natural stone paving, block paving, fencing, walling, water features, steps, tree planting, brickwork , irrigation, Pedestals systems , Roof landscaping installations and planters. Decking and woodwork Installations. All aspects of Groundworks including services runs/duct and drainage installations.
- This is a hand's on/physical role on residential and commercial construction sites and schemes.
- Must be able to manage a small team if required and work in accordance with a construction program.
- Be familiar with the construction processes and RIBA stages.
- Examples of previous work and references required.
- Hold a UK driving licence.
- Be willing to travel and stay away from home from time to time when site is located too far away from an operatives home address.
- Adhere to all Health and safety requirements at all times , hold a valid CSCS card.
- Be willing to upskill and train within the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Operating small/ medium plant desirable.
- Right to work in the UK must be evidenced, must be well presented and punctual.
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in the landscape industry.
