We are currently looking for a Senior Portfolio Surveyor!
To be the strategic lead for all assets within an individual property portfolio, as well as providing professional advice as required, on the whole of the Council's estate.
To exercise commercial judgement and financial acumen in the proactive management of the portfolio, including acquisitions, developments, management and disposals, to ensure maximum value for customers and the Council.
To manage individual properties on behalf of occupiers/tenants/customers from an occupier's perspective and workplace management.
Hours:
- 37 Hours per week
Pay:
£44,428 - £46,464
