Part time School Administrator

Our client, a reputable educational institution, is seeking a dedicated and organised School Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis (20 hours a week). This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting and proficiency in data management systems. Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) education will be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and maintain student records using the school's data management system.
  • Assist in the administration and implementation of school policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student needs.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to the SEN department as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all school regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a school setting.
  • Proficiency in using data management systems.
  • Experience in SEN education is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
