The CDM Consultant Role
As a CDM Consultant, you will play confidently lead meetings, manage all design safety risk for the portfolio you manage. There will be a team of CDM Advisors, Architects and Fire Risk Assessors to support your work. This is a client facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.
The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required).
- Experience: At least 1 years of experience in CDM roles.
- Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
