Day-to-day of the role:

Brand & Digital Strategy:

Develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and customer touchpoints.

Website Redesign & Management:

Lead the full redesign of our website to enhance user experience, SEO, and conversion rates.

Manage ongoing website performance, content updates, and analytics.

Content Creation & Campaigns:

Oversee the creation of high-impact content for web, email, social media, and digital ads.

Plan and execute integrated campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.

Marketplace & Social Commerce:

Manage and grow our presence on Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop.

Optimize product listings, run paid campaigns, and monitor performance metrics.

Stay ahead of trends in social commerce and marketplace innovation.

Performance & Analytics:

Track KPIs across all digital channels and report on campaign effectiveness.

Use data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a consumer product or retail environment.
- Proven experience managing brand strategy, website projects, and content creation.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and CMS platforms.
