Change-IT are looking for a Programme Delivery Lead to join a large defence organisation based in Corsham.
This role will be for 18 months initially, with possible extension. This role is INSIDE IR35, paying between £650-£750 per day based on experience.
Experience Required:
- SC Clearance is essential for this role, we are unable to accept without
- Experience in managing cross-functional delivery teams including remote/offsite and external resources
- Experience in matrix-managing delivery resources
- Proven experience using a range of Agile project management methods and familiarity with a range of Agile toolsets
- Able to build successful delivery teams and understand team styles and how people work together
- Experience of managing third parties through the full project delivery lifecycle
- Experience working on a digital programme either in Defence, or Central Government.
