Role responsibilities
- Planning of and ongoing management of costs, milestones, quality gates & resources
- Proactive & timely communication with relevant stakeholders - both internally (UK, Vienna & Australia) & externally
- Ensuring meeting/ following all Project guidelines and processes, including KPI monitoring within the in house PM tool
- Regular reporting of project (s) status to meet both internal and external guidelines & requirements
Your experience
- Project Management Tools & processes - Ideally experience with MS Project
- Communications/ Telecommunications or IT/Networking Project experience within a Defence/MOD environment
- Delivery of Project risk, risk Registers using standard risk assessment methodology,
- Monthly Project reporting artefacts and tools, experience of SAP reporting tools
