Technical Business Analyst, Insurance
London / Hybrid
Circa £75k plus bonus plus benefits
Technical Business Analyst is required to join a prestigious Insurance group based in the City. Due to some significant and exciting growth, there are several high-profile projects that require Technical BA's with experience working in the insurance industry.
In this role, you will help bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring that technology implementations align with business objectives and industry standards. You will analyse core processes in areas such as Claims & Reinsurance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering and analysis – working on IT enhancement and data migration projects
- Solution Design and Development support – working with key stakeholders in all stages of the SDLC
- Testing and QA – create comprehensive UAT with business users
- Stakeholder management
- Continuous improvement - Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements, automation, and technology enhancements to optimize operations and reduce costs
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years' experience working as a technical / IT BA
- Lloyds of London experience
- Awareness of reinsurance, claims etc. departments
- Agile development methodologies
