Salary: £12.25 per hour (£27,072.50 per annum)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week)

Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator looking for your next opportunity?
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Brownhills for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive customer service team.

This is a full-time role offering an excellent route into a permanent position following a 12-week temporary period through Hariley Solutions.

The Role:

As Customer Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders, providing timely updates, and delivering a high standard of service across various communication channels.

Key duties will include:

  • Accurately processing customer orders received via email
  • Responding to queries via telephone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Managing delivery updates and lead times for back orders
  • Investigating and resolving issues with completed deliveries or order discrepancies
  • Handling customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve technical or product-specific queries

About You:

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Experience using CRM systems or similar software
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset
