Management Accountant | Interim | Hampshire | Public Sector:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Public Sector Organisation in Hampshire who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to their team. The role is offered on an interim basis for an initial 3 - 6 month contract and offers hybrid working with the need to be in the office just 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned departments
- Preparing financial reports and analysis to support decision-making
- Providing financial advice and analysis to budget managers and stakeholders
- Monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement
Candidate Requirements:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CIPFA part-qualified or finalist
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
