Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a leading professional services business on the recruitment of a Financial Accountant to join the team.
The ideal candidate will be a part or newly qualified accountant, who is ambitious and keen to develop their career further in an organisation that are committed to personal and professional growth.
Our client adopts a hybrid working model that would require you on site in our client's central Bristol office 2 days per week.
Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant will include but not be limited to:
- Generating monthly and quarterly expense reports, ensuring a smooth and accurate accounts close process.
- Developing annual expense plans and quarterly forecasts.
- Understand and create financial modules to improve on expense management processes.
- Partner with key stakeholders to support with budgeting processes and provide insights.
- Assisting in the preparation of board level presentations including analytical review.
Your Profile:
- Part qualified or newly qualified accountant.
- Experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of expenses reporting.
- Exceptional communicator, able to manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Examples of successful process improvement is highly desirable.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £47,000 dependant on experience plus benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, health cash plan, cycle to work scheme, option to buy and sell holiday, pension scheme and more.
