Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to students with diverse needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with students with SEN
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students
