A leading firms in Cheshire providing advice on a broad range of legal issues both business and personal. My client has numerous accreditations and qualifications, with leading experts in their field and a long-standing reputation for their efficiency to their clients.
This is a great opportunity for 5 years PQE+ Solicitor and/or Chartered Legal Executive to join a professional and friendly Wills, Trusts, and Probate team and to become part of the firms continued success.
The candidates can either work the Chester or Wrexham office and will handle a varied caseload covering
- Wills
- Administration of estates
- Trusts
- Powers of attorney
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communications skills and the ability to deliver an outstanding client service. You must be experienced in Private Client including wills, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, estate administration, tax and Court of Protection matters and be able to deal with complex matters.
STEP qualification is preferred but not essential. We would require any successful candidate to actively pursue STEP qualification if this has not already been obtained. If your interested in this role, please send a Cv to
