Administrator with Receptionist duties required

Based in Finchley

Busy, varied role

9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Must have fast and accurate typing speed

Must have Office Admin experience and live local

Salary is £22,500 p.a. to £26,000 p.a. depending on experience

Finchley based company are looking to recruit an Administrator who can combine the role with answering the phone 2 days a week and at lunch time and meeting and greeting with the administration role.

The ideal Administrator will:

  • Be educated to A Levels or BTech or other equivalent
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be Hard working - a self starter
  • Have excellent Microsoft skills
  • Have a min. typing speed of 60 wpm
  • Must be able to learn quickly, be organised, prioritise work, be efficient, friendly and adaptable

The role of Administrator and Receptionist includes but its not limited to:

  • Front of house duties including answering the phones, dealing with post
  • Copying documents and scanning
  • Creating new client files
  • Other admin and receptionist tasks as and when required
