Job title: Account Manager

Salary: £28k - £30k
A long-established provider of solutions for major blue-chip clients across all aspects of brand elevation is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This company designs, manufactures, installs, and manages major events and brand launches.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of signage and large format print and will serve as the key internal point of contact managing the jobs from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and service
- Manage client accounts, providing guidance and make sure things run smoothly
- Coordinate with the design, print, installation, and event management teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs
- Oversee the planning and execution of major events and brand launches, ensuring all aspects meet client expectations and project timelines
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues promptly to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the signage or large format print industry
- Strong understanding of design, print, and installation processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
